OPI LIQUID SAND 'THE IMPOSSIBLE' (LIMITED EDITION MARIAH CAREY) REVIEW

Whenever I think about Mariah Carey, the first thing that comes into my mind is DIVA. So its really no surprise that OPI gives her a line that's called "Liquid Sand". This is a new variant from OPI which I believe would be coming out more in their collections.

PROSTYLE FUWARIE END CURLING MIST REVIEW

I've been looking for an inexpensive heat protectant product, and luckily I stumbled upon the Prostyle Fuwarie End Curling Mist while strolling around Beauty Bar!

Korea Post #3: (Must-See Places!) Nami Island

ll be sharing about our trip to Nami Island, which is located outside of Seoul. We had to take a train (different from the subway system, sorry but I forgot the place where we took this, but its the nearest train station from Myeongdong).

MAJOLICA MAJORCA LASH and BROW COLORIST REVIEW

Having dark brows and light hair has always been a problem for me. I have always tried to put a little hair dye on my brows (which I do NOT recommend for anyone to do because this may cause severe skin irritation OR burn your skin) to lighten them up, but it hasn't worked.

ETUDE HOUSE BUBBLE HAIR COLORING IN SWEET ORANGE REVIEW

I finally tried the Sweet Orange shade of the Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring! Its a brighter shade compared to the Natural Brown, and makes your hair tons lighter.

Pantene Nature Care Review

I don't usually review shampoos/conditioners here on my blog because I usually rotate through different products whenever I run out. My hair is so thick but its so straight that I find it hard to find the ONE to stick to.

All these changed when I tried out the PANTENE Nature Care line. I don't know if I'm a bit behind on this post, but this set changed my life, and I'm not exaggerating! Gone are the days when I had to use sticky serum on my hands just to get my hair look manageable.

PANTENE promises that this line will bring more shine and volume to your hair, were they right?

Before I go on to the actual merits of this line, I have to say first that I love love looove the scent! It's fresh and stays on your hair for most of the day. The line is also not heavy on the pocket.
PANTENE Nature Care Shampoo
The shampoo cleanses gently and isn't harsh at all. It has Cassia flower seed essence and washes out dullness in your hair. After using this, my hair has definite added volume and doesn't look too flat as it usually does.
PANTENE Nature Care Conditioner
I always believe in layering your products so you can make the best out of its effectivity. The conditioner promises to remove frizz and add shine! It has a unique dual-surfactant technology that creates and "air film" which separates hair strands so the conditioner spreads evenly, making hair bouncier.
PANTENE Nature Care Intensive Penetrating Treatment (P149)
Girls, you NEED to put treatment into your hair at least once a week. This is the secret to having healthier hair! Out of all the home treatments I've tried, this guy brings it all down. Hair smells great, feels soft and doesn't look kachupoy.

And now...of course I should post some results of how my hair looks life after using these products for some time now. I love using this line, and I do suggest you try it as well! It brings in the results that I have never seen from other hair products that promise you the world in TV commercials.

My hair was becoming thinner because of the type of hair cut I got and wouldn't grow evenly. But after using the treatment, volume was restored!

Straight and bouncy hair! Love eeet! I didn't use any additional product to make it look like this. I literally just combed it!

PANTENE Nature Care is available in all leading supermarkets and drugstores.

Tony Moly Nail Polish AM05 Review

Continuing with the influx of Tony Moly products (guess you guys know where I "invested" my Christmas money on), I decided to try their nail polish which has been sporting some gorgeous holiday colors!

This one here has a very shiny gun metal gray color which I adored on the bottle! The shade is in AM05 if you're interested in purchasing it as well.

I like how Tony Moly uses the sticker as a guarantee that the nail polish bottle has never been opened. Three cheers for hygiene and beyond!

What Tony Moly says:

Shimmery metallic nail color with fine sparkling particles. Long wearing and pigmented.

And now on my nails:
LOL please forgive the sad nail polish application, I just swatched it on my right hand!

I used two coats of the polish to achieve the above shade. The color is dark when the light doesn't hit it. The color in the bottle is also pretty sparkly--but not on the nails. After about five days, the color also starts to wear off, and if you want the polish to stay, just re-apply a single coat to each nail.

The Tony Moly Nail Polish AM05 is available at any Tony Moly store and at SM Department Stores for only P158.00!

Tonly Moly Tea Tree Seed Foam Cleanser -- HG of all Facial Cleansers!

I am officially dubbing thee Tonly Moly Tea Tree Seed Foam Cleanser as my HG of all foaming facial cleansers. Its perfect for someone with oily skin like me, and prevents those much-hated sudden break-outs.

Tony Moly's foam cleansers comes in 3 variants: Olive Seed (dry skin), Tea Tree (oily skin), and Lemon Seed (all skin types). If you want your cleanser to have a brightening effect, go for the Lemon Seed.
What Tony Moly says:

The brilliant cleansing care system brings strong vital power of fresh 3 seeds with dewy water.

Before using, remember to remove the foil sticker covering the opening. Definitely a plus because they think of hygiene!

The cleanser foams up pretty well, a small amount goes a long long way.

What I really really love about this cleanser is that it lives up to its promise--my face cleared up after just a few days' use. Even if the cleanser is specially made for oily skin, it didn't dry up my face but preserved enough moisture so my face wouldn't feel as if its become a scouring pad.

Tony Moly also doesn't lie when it says its reasonably priced! For only P178.00, the cleanser is big. I bought this about 2 months ago and I don't think I'm even halfway finished.

The Tonly Moly Tea Tree Seed Foam Cleanser is available at any Tony Moly branch or SM Department Store for only P178.00!

GMarket Dreams: Product I've Been Stalking

I wanted to take this time to post about a product I've been coveting during my GMarket hiatus. This hiatus has lasted for more than a year and I definitely think its high time I order something new for my favorite online shop and fulfill my online shopping dreams. Unfortunately whenever I try to go to their homepage, for some reason I chicken out and choose not to do it! I'm still finding the courage to buy another item again but I'm afraid I'll go crazy and bankrupt myself! (well not really to that extreme but you know how it is.)

Anyway HERE is the product I've been lusting over: the CLIO Gelpresso Waterproof Gel/Pencil Liner.

As you all know, I've ranked CLIO's Kill Black liner as my HG of all pen liners. It has been my best friend each day I needed to vamp up my lids. But the problem was, I've already gone through 3 Kill Blacks--I go through it like gravy!!!

When I saw these, I thought maybe this can be a solution to how I quickly finish my eyeliner.

Plus the colors are totally gorgeous! I don't want just one color, I want all eight!

Isn't your mouth watering right now? If you love eyeliners as much as I do, I bet you are liking what you're seeing now!

Plus CLIO promises that the panda-eyes problem is not present with their product! I also love how they show you a tutorial of what you can do with their different colors.

The eyeliners aren't cheap, each costs $8.87 (9,900w) . I only wish the people from CLIO can hear my prayer of getting my hands on them. Anyway if you have purchased this product and have tried it out for yourself, please do let me know your experience!

But soon I will be buying these as a set. Probably at the end of March--can't wait!!!:D

The CLIO Gelpresso Waterproof Gel/Pencil Liner can be purchased online at GMarket through this seller.

Tony Moly Tea Tree Nose Pack Review

The biggest problem my face has is BLACKHEADS. I cannot seem to get them out permanently so I'm always on the lookout for products that can eradicate them. This usually involves a different variety of nose packs.

Here is there the Tony Moly Tea Tree Nose Pack comes in. It was pretty cheap so I decided to give it a try.

What Tony Moly says:
Special nose pack with excellent sebum and impurities cleansing effect.
There are instructions at the back (in Korean) on how to apply it. The drawing helps!

Those nose pack is just right size for my nose. Here are the instructions I derived from the drawings:
1) Wet your nose area.
2) Peel off the nose pack from the clear plastic sheet.

3) With dry hands, apply it to your nose.
4) Leave the pack on for 10-15 minutes.

So here is the state of my nose pre-nose pack:
Very blackheady and very flat.

And here it is post-nose pack:
Pores very visible but looks a great deal cleaner than the pre-version.

I'm not such a huge fan of nose packs because they hurt a lot when you remove it. You are guaranteed a few seconds of pain.

But what I find most fascinating is looking at everything the nose pack has gathered afterwards! Look!
LOL look at all those things that came from my nose alone!!! Horrible! Hahah but at least you can see how effective the product is, right?

The Tony Moly Tea Tree Nose Pack is available at P28.00 in Tony Moly SM North Edsa.

Tony Moly Clear Magic Lip & Eye Remover

Happy new year dear readers! I'm sorry I've been MIA for awhile, but I've been collecting so many product reviews during the holiday season.

The series of posts to follow will mostly consist of Tony Moly products, which I cannot get enough of! I swear if you let me loose in that store I am like a cheetah just zipping along getting item after item.

Below is the Tony Moly Clear Magic Lip & Eye Remover, which my mom got for me because I am always in need of this. Remember kids, always remove your make-up before going to bed! Going to bed with make-up on is a definite no-no!

What Tony Moly says:
Dual layered professional remover that effectively clears off all color point make-up without irritation to the skin
Underneath the cap is a removable plastic stopper so the solution does not spill:

When using this, you should shake the bottle first so that the dual layer comes together and effectively remove make-up.

Here's a test of its powers: (I randomly drew gel liner on my hand and wiped the center part with the remover)
This was just ONE swipe. Very effective for thin lines!

And now for the actual eye:
Here is my everyday eyeliner look--thick and volumed! (lol bad term right there)

And with just one swipe of the remover, here's your result:

The whole eye make-up gets removed!
My experience with mascara though is you have to swipe around 3-4 times to get those thick ones to go.

The Tony Moly Clear Magic Lip & Eye Remover costs P398.00 in Tony Moly SM North Edsa.
