Lorys Hair Cream Review + Giveaway

First of all, I wanted to give a shout-out to Liz Lanuzo because it was all thanks to her that I'm getting to review this product. I won in her Lorys give-away and was able to receive ALL these!
Give-away mechanics are posted below.

We Filipinas have a lot to stress over when it comes to hair maintenance--humidity and pollution are the most dangerous elements which damage our precious strands. Thank goodness LORYS finally found its way to our shores from Brazil to give us an option to have better hair, without the hefty pricetag!

LORYS is available in 5 variants: Ceramidas (opaque and damaged hair), Duo Chocolate (damaged and sensible hair), Snake Oil (damaged and chemically treated hair), Shea Butter (curly and dry hair), and Fruit Cocktail (all types of hair).

What's great about this hair cream is that it can be used BOTH as a conditioner and a treatment! As a conditioner, I just use it after every shampoo, leave it on for around 2 minutes and rinse off. As a treatment, I apply it generously all over my hair, put a shower cap over it, wait for 15 minutes and rinse off.

LORYS is also very affordable. Its only P349 for one kilo of hair cream. These jars are HUGE, its bigger than my face! I've also been using the Duo Chocolate for more than a week (as conditioner) but it still hasn't exceeded 1/4 of the whole product. Since I have short hair, less than a handful is enough.

Now on to the photos of the hair cream:
Duo Chocolate looking absolutely yummy! Heavenly chocolate smell as well, but not the sickening kind.
 Snake Oil
Not really sure how Snake Oil is suppose to smell like--but it doesn't smell reptile-y or anything like that.

Fruit Cocktail
Smells pretty good--but looks similar to Snake Oil

If you're not sure what your hair type is, and your hair is not that damaged, try using the Fruit Cocktail variant first. I've only tried the Duo Chocolate and it has delivered good results! My hair has become softer and my bangs behave better than they normally do.

My only complaint is that its really hard to open and close this huge jar when my hands are wet. But this definitely works better than the L'Oreal Hair Treatment that Anne Curtis endorses.

GIVE-AWAY MECHANICS:
Since I won't be able use all these 3, I'll be giving away ONE LORYS hair cream if I get enough responses to this question:
If you were a LORYS HAIR CREAM VARIANT, what would you be and why? (INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL.
Best answer wins! Participants must be willing to meet up in Powerplant Mall in Rockwell to claim their prize because these are way too heavy to ship out.

LORYS is available in Watson's for P349 each. They currently have an on-going promo with Buy 2, take 50% off the 2nd.

  9. Hi Ms. Bea! If i am a Lory's Hair cream variant, I would be a chocolate duo (for damaged and sensible hair) simply because like chocolates that are sweet and sensitive to temperature, I could say that I'm a sweet person and sensible enough to the feelings of others plus the fact that chocolate is energy-rich food that contains amino acids like tryptophan that shown to increase the body’s production of serotonin--bodies self produced antidepressant and because of that chocolates is said to treat depression. I can somehow help friends or those depressed to smile and cheer them once in awhile with a sense of humor. :)
